Luxury home

A spacious house separated by a conservatory. That is what this originally German home looked like. In this new design (of the ground floor) a new layout according to modern standards has been considered.

Two options are possible in this house; Generous living and create several living rooms, or opt for a spacious home with a care home at the front. In this design, the choice was made for the spacious house with several living rooms, completely white plastered walls for a spatial effect and the placement of a fireplace and piano for an attractive family room.

Because this house is located in the countryside, the whole can be integrated into the environment, whereby a pond with a decking can be realized and where the conservatory and kitchen are an extension of an intimate and beautifully designed terrace. The value of this home lies in both the spaciousness and the environment, which makes the whole feel luxurious.
