In both cases, the (re)start-up starts with the development of a concept. This foundation ensures a clear plan, a clear vision and the realization of your dreams.
When developing a concept:
There is more to the concept development of real estate than might have been originally thought. It is a detailed plan that looks at the current market, the existing competition, the needs of both you and the possible ultimate end user, but also, for example, the financial plan. With experience in various industries, both with renovations and new construction, I am happy to help draw up this plan.
I strive for a plan that makes you happy, which is sustainable for both the environment and the future, but also for a good return. This concept is an important basis for consultation with, among others, the municipality and other stakeholders, the building design and the eventual implementation.

The sequel:
Once the concept has been developed and the plans have been approved by the municipality, the next step is to make the plans concrete. Because we are talking about real estate here, I am also talking about the building design for the repurposing from the plan. At this stage, we will be in close contact about the following things:
- The location and location of the property. Wishes and requirements. The floor plan 2D and 3D drawings. The final design, which the contractor can use.
The reason a building design works so well is because it helps you envision what it will look like. You may notice it in others, or even in yourself. The plans sound nice, but you can't picture them. By applying the building designs, people see it before themselves and naturally more enthusiasm and benevolence arise. The building design can be delivered directly to the contractor. Here, in most cases, the design can be converted into a technical drawing. Is the plan with the contractor and have you agreed on the quotation and have the municipality and other stakeholders agree? Then it's time to start realizing the building design!
This is what the process looks like:
• We start with an intake interview, to look at the current situation and future prospects
• We determine what we need for the future situation
• I put all collected data of the day in a written file and I provide feedback to you. Are we missing something and have I understood everything correctly?
• I'll get to work on the concept and get back to you for feedback. If everything is in order, we will go to the municipality.
• Is everything approved? Then I start developing the floor plans, 2D and 3D designs.
• Everything to your liking? Then we can go to the contractor to realize everything.
