Once the concept has been developed and the plans have been approved by the municipality, the next step is to make the plans concrete. Because we are talking about real estate here, I am also talking about the building design for the repurposing from the plan. At this stage, we will be in close contact about the following things:
The reason a building design works so well is because it helps you envision what it will look like. You may notice it in others, or even in yourself. The plans sound nice, but you can't picture them. By applying the building designs, people see it before themselves and naturally more enthusiasm and benevolence arise. The building design can be delivered directly to the contractor. Here, in most cases, the design can be converted into a technical drawing. Is the plan with the contractor and have you agreed on the quotation and have the municipality and other stakeholders agree? Then it's time to start realizing the building design!

• I put all collected data of the day in a written file and I provide feedback to you. Are we missing something and have I understood everything correctly?
• I'll get to work on the concept and get back to you for feedback. If everything is in order, we will go to the municipality.
• Is everything approved? Then I start developing the floor plans, 2D and 3D designs.
• Everything to your liking? Then we can go to the contractor to realize everything.
